What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll help deliver a differentiated customer experience by supporting marketing execution, coordinating partner activities, and contributing to performance analysis. You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, stay up to date on industry and channel trends, and contribute to impactful marketing projects that shape our presence in the Swiss market.
* Help execute partner marketing strategies to attract new customers and grow existing business.
* Coordinate partner communications to ensure strong and consistent customer experience.
* Lead the planning and execution of channel partner events, managing end‑to‑end logistics and working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional, high‑impact partner experiences.
* Perform marketing support activities (CRM updates, accruals, collateral management).
* Assist in monitoring, reporting, and analyzing partner marketing initiatives.
* Conduct market and competitive research to support targeted programs.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to priority projects.
What You Bring
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 0–2 years of experience in marketing, partner management, sales, channel, or related functions.
* Fluency in English and German is required.
* Knowledge of digital marketing, channel programs, CRM tools and basic marketing principles.
* Strong communication skills, learning agility, customer focus, and attention to detail.
