We are looking for a Head of Procurement - Capital Investments (m/f/d) for our EndressHauser Flow division-someone who will drive the strategic development of capital goods procurement and actively shape the future of our production site. As Head of Department, you will lead a team of seven employees, work closely with strategic purchasing managers as well as technical and operational interfaces, and sustainably shape the procurement landscape within our Production Center Flow. What will your responsibilities be? You will: * take on the strategic and operational leadership of the Indirect Sourcing (incl. Capital Investments, MRO, professional services, IT services, Facilities Management, production consumables) Procurement department - including leading, coaching, and developing a team of seven employees. * shape the future of the department and further develop an innovation-oriented procurement strategy. * take responsibility for defining the commodity group and supplier strategy. * be responsible for the management of suppliers at the Reinach site and support supplier development in the regions of China, India, the USA, and France. * collaborate across departments with strategic purchasing managers as well as construction, manufacturing, and industrial engineering teams. * develop optimized processes and ensure the efficient integration of suppliers into project workflows. What do we expect from you? You: * hold a university degree with a technical background - ideally complemented by a management qualification (e.g. MBA, MAS in Supply Chain Management, or equivalent). * bring several years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing industrial company. * have at least five years of leadership experience and a proven track record in developing teams. * possess strong strategic, methodological, and innovative skills. * have solid experience in project business as well as indirect procurement. * bring business-fluent German and business-fluent English skills. * convince with strong organizational skills, social competence, and a healthy level of assertiveness.
