- Provide expert advice on Swiss labor law, ensuring full compliance in all HR practices and policies.
- Lead and support the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.
- Manage complex employee relations cases with discretion and professionalism.
- Drive talent management and succession planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes and tools.
- Support change management and organizational development efforts.
- Ensure accurate HR reporting and data integrity.
- Act as a culture ambassador, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Advise on compensation and benefits matters, ensuring internal equity and alignment with market benchmarks.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner role.
- Proven expertise in Swiss labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience in an international or matrixed organization is a strong asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong sense of prioritization, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and French.
