About Our Client
Our client is a well known and fast growing organization in Zürich. We are looking for an experienced Analytics Consultant to join their team in early January for at least 12 months, helping them drive an important initiative to automate their warranty process with AI.
Job Description
* Stakeholder Alignment: Lead workshops with project leaders, SMEs, and Analytics teams to agree on clear definitions for AI performance metrics (accuracy, automation rate, deflection).
* Technical KPI Development: Translate business rules into precise, technical data logic for implementation in reporting systems.
* Model Accuracy Framework: Design scalable metrics based on manually labeled data to measure "right" vs. "wrong" AI decisions.
* Measurement Framework: Document official KPIs, including model accuracy, automation ratios, and manual intervention metrics.
* Gap Analysis: Identify missing components such as bias indicators or confidence scoring to ensure a holistic view.
* Data Integrity: Validate correct implementation of metrics for a trusted source of truth.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience as Data Analyst, BI Specialist, or Analytics Consultant, with strong KPI definition skills.
* Technical expertise: Advanced SQL and Python for data manipulation and logic design.
* Skilled in stakeholder management and translating complex business needs into data requirements.
* Experience with BI tools (Looker preferred, Tableau, Power BI).
* Exposure to AI, machine learning, or automation projects is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills and full professional proficiency in English.
