As our next Thermodynamic and Thermal Systems - Lead Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and optimizing advanced thermal architectures. Your expertise in heat pump systems, refrigerant selection, and simulation integration will help accelerate innovation and guide strategic decisions for next-generation e-System technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing:
7. Design and develop thermal system architectures for heat pumps and cooling systems
8. Evaluate refrigerants and components to meet performance and environmental goals
9. Integrate simulation insights and AI tools to refine system designs
10. Collaborate with R&D, product management, and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions
11. Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to senior stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
12. Master’s or Doctorate degree in Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
13. 5–10 years of experience in thermodynamics and thermal system design
14. Proficiency in simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL, MATLAB, GT Suites, Amesym) and programming languages (Python, R, MATLAB)
Bonus Points If You Have:
15. Experience in the automotive or HVAC industry
16. Familiarity with sustainable refrigerants and global thermal system regulations
17. Fluency in French, German, or Italian in addition to English
