Key Responsibilities * Manage and grow the Medical Device portfolio across EMEA * Lead marketing planning, market insights, go?to?market strategy, messaging and pricing * Drive product launches end-to-end, including commercialization & downstream execution * Oversee portfolio lifecycle management, together with the PLCM manager, including migrations and reference changes * Collaborate with Product Managers in each country; align with Regional and Global teams to drive execution and stakeholder engagement * Support value-selling initiatives, digital marketing, omnichannel initiatives, engagement and professional education programs * Analyze performance, collaborate with supply chain team, and identify opportunities to strengthen the business * Ensure cross-functional communication and project coordination within a complex matrix environment Profile Mandatory Requirements * Significant experience in Product Management ( 5 years), ideally with portfolio ownership * Experience in Medical Devices, * Experience in a complex matrix organisation (regional EU/EMEA scope, collaboration with country global teams) * Proven track record in product launches and preferably portfolio migrations * Strong business acumen, analytical skills, comfort with numbers * Ability to learn fast, adapt quickly and operate autonomously * Mindset: problem?solving, hands?on, \
