* Support our provider and operational teams in assisting Schindler employees with IT related matters
* Analyze and resolve tickets, or route them to the appropriate support group when necessary
* Manage escalations from a service desk perspective
* Create and maintain knowledge articles to support continuous service improvement
* Contribute to small scale IT projects
* Perform administrative support tasks for the Global BackOffice
* Current Bachelor student in IT or similar field
* Completed apprenticeship in business administration (KV), mediamatics, or IT; or currently enrolled in an IT related degree
* Strong technical understanding and solid computer skills
* Excellent customer service orientation and a proactive attitude
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
* Good time management skills with the ability to set priorities when handling multiple cases
* Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2), both spoken and written
