Responsibilities
1. Oversee the entire process, from identifying and assessing potential properties to negotiating agreements and securing contract signatures.
2. Handle and prioritize leads, ensuring timely and effective follow-up on opportunities.
3. Perform comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence on potential opportunities, including market research, property evaluations, and risk assessments.
4. Schedule and attend appointments with potential sellers, brokers, and other stakeholders.
5. Connect with industry professionals and organizations to foster relationships and stay informed about market trends and opportunities.
6. Generate leads independently through outreach, networking, and prospecting efforts.
Qualifications
* Experience in real estate, car sales, pharmaceutical sales, or other related fields preferred.
* Proficient in financial analysis and conducting thorough due diligence.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
Compensation
$150,000+ at plan commission
