About the job Based at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich within the Culinary Department in Zurich, the Commis de Cuisine is responsible for state-of-the-art culinary experiences. The Commis de Cuisine reports to the Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chef.
