ILGA World is seeking a senior-level IT & technology management consultant to provide expert strategic and technical support across its global digital infrastructure.

This remote consultancy will support the organisation’s growing need for secure, inclusive, and sustainable technology solutions in the context of human rights advocacy. The consultant will work directly with key staff, including the Operations manager and Logistics officer, and collaborate with the Fundraising and MEL manager on advanced digital security initiatives.
Building on significant recent investments in digital hygiene, cloud systems, and cybersecurity—including Microsoft 365, 1Password, Cloudflare, and Asana, the consultant will lead and advise on IT governance, secure technology use, infrastructure development, and capacity building. They will also provide high-level one-on-one technical support tailored to a globally-distributed team with varying technical skills and digital access.
This role requires an autonomous, solutions-driven professional who can conduct systems audits, strengthen risk and resilience strategies, and guide the implementation of IT tools and practices aligned with international standards.
