Your duties include managing regular accounting, reporting, budget forecasts, treasury management, overseeing the IT department, and participating in the local management committee to help lead the company to success.ResponsibilitiesManage the accounting department and controlling of Adragos Jura (2 people)Oversee internal and group financial reportingParticipate in preparing the site budget and forecasts in collaboration with other departmentsManage and plan cash-flowPrepare statutory financial statements and tax returnsPrepare financial forecasts and monitor variancesCalculate cost prices and control costs of investment projects, including evaluation and controlManage relations with external partners such as banks, auditors, and tax advisorsManage the IT team (2 people)Your profileHigher education in finance or equivalent, with further management trainingProven experience in financial managementExcellent knowledge of Swiss accounting standards; IFRS knowledge is an assetBasic knowledge of Swiss corporate tax law and company lawStrong analytical skills and mastery of financial tools; SAP knowledge is a plusEntrepreneurial mindset with initiative and anticipation skillsStrong proficiency in ExcelBusiness fluency in English, good command of French; German is a plusContactAre you seeking new challenges in finance?
