Group Controller - % (m/w/d)
Focus on Performance Tracking & Cost Optimization

The Role:
This is the ideal opportunity to further develop your career. You will be supported by a small and experienced team. You will track business potential and developments as part of planning and reporting processes. To do this, you will prepare and evaluate figures, make recommendations, and act as a critical sparring partner.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and continuously improve contributions to margins across all relevant business units
2. Develop and implement performance tracking systems focused on efficiency and cost reduction
3. Detailed monitoring and reporting of personnel costs including forecasts and variance analyses
4. Collaborate closely with departments and international teams to identify optimization potential
5. Support the implementation of AI-powered tools to automate and enhance controlling processes
Your Profile:
6. Degree in economics, finance, or a related field with a focus on controlling
7. Initial professional experience in controlling or performance management is a plus
8. Strong affinity for AI technologies and their application in finance
9. Excellent skills in Excel (including Power Query, Pivot, VBA) and PowerPoint
10. Analytical thinking, structured working style, and strong numerical skills
11. Strong communication skills, team orientation, and intercultural competence
12. Very good written and spoken German and English skills
