Main Responsibilities
Administrative support to the sales team, commercial offers and customer communication in German, French. Italian is a plus. English, mandatory for internal communication. Process customer requests and calls Support the response to tenders, preparation of the dossier and required documents Organisation of customer events, congresses, symposiums Organisation and participation at internal commercial or educational meetings Support of the team with the usage and maintenance of the CRM (Salesforce)
