Overview
An international technology company specializing in advanced semiconductor and wireless connectivity solutions is looking for a senior Sales & Business Development Manager to support global growth across RFID, BLE, NFC, IoT and sensor markets.
The role
You will manage strategic accounts, develop new business opportunities and help drive commercial growth across international markets. You will work closely with engineering, product and operations teams while acting as a key commercial contact for customers, distributors and ecosystem partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop new business opportunities within semiconductor and connectivity markets
* Manage relationships with OEMs, distributors and strategic partners
* Drive design wins and support customers through the full product lifecycle
* Build relationships across engineering, purchasing and executive levels
* Lead commercial negotiations and development agreements
* Coordinate closely with R&D, legal, logistics and operations teams
* Identify new applications, market trends and growth opportunities
* Support channel development and ecosystem partnerships
* Contribute to market strategy and commercial positioning
* Deliver KPIs linked to revenue growth and customer acquisition
Your profile
* Minimum 10 years of experience selling technology solutions in the electronics or semiconductor industry
* Strong background with ASICs, mixed‑signal ICs, BLE, RFID, NFC, wireless, sensors or IoT technologies is mandatory
* Experience selling connectivity and RFID‑related solutions is required
* Strong track record in technical B2B sales and strategic business development
* Comfortable discussing architecture‑level solutions with engineering stakeholders
* Experience working with distributors, reps and indirect sales channels
* Autonomous, commercially driven and able to work in an international environment
* BSEE or equivalent technical degree required
* EU/EFTA passport required — no sponsorship available
Languages
* Fluent English mandatory
* Fluent French mandatory
* German is a plus
Additional Information
* Corporate executive‑level position reporting directly to the Sales Director
* No people management responsibilities
* Monday to Friday schedule
* Fully on‑site role — no hybrid or remote work
* International travel required (approximately 10–20%)
* Training and onboarding provided at headquarters
* Small flexibility possible on salary depending on profile and experience
