We are currently expanding our Sales team in Zurich and are looking for you: an ambitious personality with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to hit the ground running in B2B sales
Work tasks
As a Junior Account Manager, you will develop into an expert in B2B sales and build your own client network.
1. Acquire & Develop New Clients: You will reach out to Managers, Heads of Departments, and CEOs, learn about their business challenges, and advise them on the right HR solutions
2. Relationship Building: Step by step, you will build your own network and develop sustainable business relationships every contact takes you further
3. Strategic Planning: Work with our clients to design successful recruitment strategies—from price negotiations to targeted candidate placement in close cooperation with our recruiters
