Key Responsibilities
Institutional Capital Raising
Lead fundraising initiatives for private credit, real estate, and infrastructure strategies across French‑speaking Switzerland.Originate, develop, and manage relationships with institutional investors, including insurance companies, pension funds, asset managers, foundations, and selected family offices.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain regular engagement with prospective and existing investors, understanding their allocation needs and investment processes.Communicate product updates, performance, market insights, and organisational developments.Coordinate investor due diligence, onboarding, and documentation with legal, compliance, and operational teams.Develop and execute a regional fundraising strategy aligned with the firm's broader private markets goals.Provide insights on investor trends, competitive environments, and product positioning.Represent the firm at conferences, roundtables, and investor meetings.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with portfolio managers and investment teams to understand strategy details and market positioning.Prepare and deliver pitch materials, RFP responses, and investor presentations.Provide investor feedback to support product development.
Qualifications
Required
7+ years of experience in institutional fundraising or investor relations within private markets.Established network of institutional clients across French‑speaking Switzerland with demonstrated fundraising success.Strong knowledge of private credit, real estate, and infrastructure strategies.Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.Ability to operate independently while collaborating across global teams.
Preferred
Experience at an asset manager, private markets fund, or placement agent.Understanding of Swiss regulatory requirements and institutional due‑diligence processes.German language skills (advantageous but not essential).
Location
The role can be based in Zurich or Lausanne, with regular travel across French‑speaking Switzerland and periodic travel across Europe.
