Are you most effective when directing and implementing strategies for large, strategic accounts and aligning them with regional sales strategies? We are seeking a Head of Strategic Accounts, reporting to the Global Head of Sales & Relationship Management in Asset Management. The Asset Management Sales & Relationship Management team within Clearstream Fund Distribution manages global coverage of the Asset Manager segment, with team members based in Zurich, Frankfurt, London, Luxembourg, Singapore, and Hong Kong. The coverage includes approximately 450 Asset Managers, from global bulge bracket firms to local champions, across asset classes including alternatives. The Strategic Accounts unit focuses on the largest and most complex global accounts. We serve as the gateway to Clearstream's 4 D's (Dealing, Distribution, Data, Digital), facilitating comprehensive introductions for Asset Managers to the full range of Clearstream Fund Services. Your Responsibilities: Lead a team of 6 senior relationship managers covering the largest Asset Management accounts globally, based in Zurich, Frankfurt, Luxembourg, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Manage P&L responsibilities, actively developing client relationships at the senior level, driving strategic dialogue, and expanding joint opportunities. Oversee contract negotiations, including strategic pricing, collaborating closely with Business Development to onboard new strategic accounts and transition prospects to active coverage. Develop and execute commercial strategies for key accounts, working with the distributor coverage team to ensure a unified value proposition and growth trajectory globally. Represent Fund Centre and Clearstream Fund Services' 4 D offerings, actively seeking to expand relationships, including migration to digital solutions. Provide excellent service as the first point of contact within the Clearstream Fund Services ecosystem, addressing product and operational queries. Establish targeted relationships with key accounts and participate in industry and flagship events. Coordinate with capability teams, especially in Zurich and Luxembourg. Our Requirements: Over 15 years of experience servicing B2 B partners, with a proven network and expertise in asset management. Strong skills in business development, contract negotiation, and client relationship management at a strategic and senior level. Experience leading and coaching senior team members. Fluency in German and/or English; additional languages are advantageous. Knowledge of Asset Management and Fund Platform/Distribution business. Excellent client service orientation. Result-oriented with strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and resilience skills. Knowledge of fund and ETF distribution regulations and/or data services is a plus. University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, or a related field.
