JOB DESCRIPTION
To promote activities in our Switzerland offices, we are looking for a Account Manager (German Speaker is a plus) to join our work team.
Main Mission
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing you will manage middle market clients, maintain close relationships, and drive growth through targeted prospecting and regular client meetings. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities and Activities
* Manage and grow relationships with middle market clients.
* Conduct regular follow-ups and client meetings.
* Prospect for new clients within the middle market segment.
* Prepare and present commercial proposals.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and client data.
* Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client needs.
* Monitor account performance and prepare reports.
* Ensure smooth onboarding and transition to operations.
* Stay updated on market trends and product developments.
* Support contract management and invoicing.
* In support of the Country Manager, the trainee will be involved in achieving the goals of acquiring new clients and revenue growth, while keeping our company competitive and innovative.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The Account Manager we are looking for:
* Experience: 3-7 years in account management, sales, or client services, ideally in B2B or experiential marketing environments.
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
* Understanding of brand activation and experiential marketing is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Client-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
* Clear and effective communication, convey ideas, updates, and expectations clearly to clients, and team members.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
