For one of our clients in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, we are looking for a 3D Design Coordinator to support large-scale facility projects.
You will coordinate 3D design activities across several technical projects at a large industrial site. The role focuses on ensuring model accuracy, aligning design stakeholders, and supporting project leadership in delivering high-quality design outputs.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate 3D design activities running in parallel across the same facility
Participate in model walkthroughs, coordination meetings, and design progress reviews
Ensure 3D models follow project design requirements, standards, and execution guidelines
Track design tasks, follow up with partners, and support resolution of design inconsistencies
Represent design scope during multidisciplinary discussions and milestone reviews
Step in to support facility layout work when external partners require guidance or deliver incomplete/incorrect information
Help refine internal design processes and workflows where needed
Candidate Profile
Background in 3D piping, plant, or facility design within industrial environments
Comfortable working with multiple engineering disciplines and project stakeholders
Able to analyse design data, spot clashes or inconsistencies, and propose solutions
Strong communication skills and able to work clearly, directly, and collaboratively
Highly organised, accurate, and confident interpreting technical information
Technical education (degree or vocational) in a relevant engineering or design field is advantageous
