Commercial Employee - PPE Accounting Orientation - Real Estate Software Support Specialist (60-100%)
Your mission You will be the privileged contact for our partners and clients to assist them in the daily use of our software. Your role will be mainly focused on supporting PPE administrators and will notably include:
Supporting PPE administrators in their management and accounting processes
Participating in the takeover and integration of accounting statements during the onboarding of new clients
Participating in the reading and interpretation of PPE regulations as well as legal articles related to real estate management
Supporting the implementation and management of allocation keys
Answering functional questions related to the Pepsimmo software
Assisting and training our clients in the use and handling of our solutions
Participating in the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction
Acting as a link between user needs and our development team.
Your profile You have good knowledge of accounting, ideally in the real estate sector and particularly in PPE accounting
You possess a good general understanding of the real estate sector
You are a pragmatic, organised and autonomous person
You demonstrate good logical sense and enjoy solving problems
You appreciate contact with clients and have good communication skills
Experience in PPE administration or in a real estate agency is an asset.
You are curious, enjoy learning and consider feedback as an opportunity to progress and continuously improve yourself.
You have good IT skills and appreciate understanding and mastering digital tools.
