About the hosting organization
Unlocking Eve Foundation is a Switzerland-based non‑profit focused on driving a new paradigm of integrated leadership for a more balanced and healthier world, through pioneering research and evidence generation, global engagement, and transformation at scale through proprietary programs and tools.
The Position
You will work on evolving and scaling the Integrated Leadership Diagnostic (ILD), a leadership assessment already used by hundreds of leaders globally, into an AI‑enabled system of insight, engagement, and coaching.
Your work will transform an existing diagnostic into a productised, agent‑driven experience.
A core focus will be designing AI agents that interpret leadership data, generate insights, and engage users in reflective coaching dialogues, grounded in Integrated Leadership and the Power of Two philosophy and models.
What You Will Work On Build an AI‑enabled pipeline connecting survey data, analytics, and automated report generation
Develop data models and analytics workflows to interpret leadership capacity and integration patterns
Design and prototype AI agents for leadership insight and coaching, using LLMs and structured prompts
Design and build leader‑facing interfaces that make complex psychometric data immediately interpretable and actionable
Structure and work with a real dataset of hundreds of leadership assessments for pattern discovery and benchmarking
Translate manual workflows into scalable, modular system architecture
Contribute to a technical roadmap for scaling into a full leadership intelligence platform What You Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or Engineering
Experience with Python, APIs, and data workflows
Familiarity with LLMs / generative AI / prompt engineering
Ability to build prototypes (apps, pipelines, dashboards, or tools)
A mindset that finds human and leadership complexity as interesting as technical complexity
Swiss or EU Passport holder, valid work permit, or the right to work in Switzerland What You Will Gain Build a portfolio‑grade AI system with real users and data
