As a Front Office Agent, you will be a part of the day-to-day operations in our hotel that ensures a memorable experience for our guests.
Operational Support Agent position requires hands-on approach on a wide range of operational tasks including guest support and problem resolution. Your role will involve constant collaboration with different teams and team-members.
Responsibilities
Guest Services
* Welcoming guests,
* Help with check-in and check-out if needed,
* Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and information about the hotel and its amenities.
* Handle guest complaints and issues promptly, striving to resolve them to the guest’s satisfaction.
With The Help Of Our Reservations Center
* Maintain a clear understanding of room availability and rates.
* Collect payments, process credit card transactions, and provide receipts.
* Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and financial transactions.
Property Maintenance
* Relay messages and information to guests and other hotel departments as needed.
* Assistance with logistical and technical issues (changing lightbulb, modifying smart locks etc.)
* Opening properties to repairmen and building maintenance crew
* Regular check of home appliances in the rooms (kettles, coffee machines etc.)
Administrative Duties
* Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
* Complete daily reports and paperwork accurately.
Security And Safety
* Monitor the front entrance and ensure only authorized individuals enter the hotel.Follow security and safety protocols, reporting any suspicious activity or incidents to management.
* Following orders received from City Manager regarding operational tasks, daily schedules and on-field support needed, Support in other tasks assigned by managers,
* Reporting to Management on the assigned tasks,
* Using the Company’s software and tools on a daily basis.
Requirements
* Working flexibility (working in shifts and outside regular working hours)
* Good / Basic communication skills (verbal and written) – English,
* Good teamwork and organizational skills,
* Proactive, reliable and responsible person,
* Ability to understand, follow and execute orders
* Strong customer focus and service mindset
* Basic PC skills
* Knowledge of other foreign language (besides English) is an advantage.
Terms: 5-days working week
