We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our Japan team to drive our growth!
Summary
The Lead Generation Specialist (Japan) will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation strategies that drive business growth in Japan by identifying and generating new leads via various channels.
Key duties and responsibilities
1. Develop and implement lead generation strategies to contribute to business revenue in Japan.
2. Track and analyze lead generation metrics to identify areas for improvement.
3. Manage the end-to-end sales and lead lifecycle, including contacting prospects, preparing quotations/proposals, and converting leads to sales.
4. Maintain leads on CRM tools.
5. Maintain relationships with prospects, existing customers, partners, and SAP Japan.
6. Assist with and participate in marketing events and campaigns as necessary.
7. Stay updated on industry trends to enhance lead generation efforts.
Requirements and qualifications
Experience:
* Demonstrated experience in lead generation, preferably in ERP and B2B settings.
* Experience in sales of ERPs and proven sales records are advantageous.
* Proven ability to generate and convert leads into wins.
Technical Skills:
* ERP knowledge is a plus.
Language Skills:
* Excellent command of English.
* Native Japanese language skills.
Personal Skills:
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Willingness to travel.
