As Business Developer Public Sector, you will identify and develop new business cases and growth opportunities. You will combine strategic thinking with concrete options to promote digital transformation. The aim is to enhance efficiency, transparency, and value through innovative digital solutions while increasing citizen satisfaction. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
* Driving the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals, in close cooperation with account managers, consultants, and the marketing team
* Designing and implementing the business development strategy
* Creating and taking ownership of new offerings
* Analyzing, refining, and validating business cases, as well as creating business plans
* Conducting market analyses on the trends, opportunities, and risks of digital transformation
* Representing our company in national and international forums on digital transformation
What we’re looking for
* Master’s degree in business, software engineering, IT, public administration, or a related field
* 5 years of experience in business development, account management, or in an IT leadership role in the public sector
* In-depth knowledge of the strategic alignment of the public sector in the area of digital transformation
* Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Native-level proficiency in German a must, along with good English skills; French a plus
