Senior Customer & Logistics Planner 100% H/F
Senior Customer & Logistics Planner 100% H/FDESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
- Process customer orders and issue invoices accurately and on time
- Coordinate product shipments between supply sites, third-party logistics (3PL), and customers
- Prepare and issue required shipping documents
- Monitor deliveries, resolve transport incidents, and liaise with our global transportation team
- Manage returns, reworks, and back-charging of related costs
- Ensure tolling and invoicing rules are followed by customers and supply partners
- Support month-end closing and sales reporting
- Handle supplier and tolling fee invoices, and resolve payment or price issues
- Maintain up-to-date data for customers, contracts, and product sources in SAP
- Collaborate with Quality, Finance, Purchasing, and Regulatory teams
- Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP), EHS, finance and audit regulations
PROFIL ATTENDU
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain (pharmaceutical or consumer goods preferred)
- Solid experience in international logistics, exports/imports, and working with 3PLs and suppliers
- Strong SAP knowledge and computer skills
- High attention to detail with excellent time and task management
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
- Great communication and teamwork skills in an international environment
- Understanding of Supply Chain processes, distribution, and compliance standards
