Chenot Palace Weggis is the flagship of the Health Wellness Retreat globally active Chenot Group located directly on Lake Lucerne. For almost 50 years, the company has specialised in the areas of health, wellness and luxury hotels. Reservation & Planning Agent (m/f/d)
* Providing professional advice to guests and travel agencies/tour operators by phone and e-mail, taking into account guest preferences when booking rooms as well as selecting a program according to the Chenot-Method®
* Implementation of optimal guest care before arrival at the highest level, taking into account guests' wishes, needs and expectations
* Ensuringoptimal utilization of room capacity and room allocation, as well as the correct and continuous allocation of staff for medical treatments for each individual guest
* Selling additional services with regard to guests' needs and preferences
* Continuous communication and efficient collaboration with front office, housekeeping and medical/spa department
* Processing reservations with the hotel software programs Protel-Cloud and RIMS
* Sending commission invoice for travel agencies and tour operators
* Supporting the Planning Team:Planning of guest treatments in the medical spa department according to the Chenot-Method® in terms of given time sequences as well as taking into account the availability of the medical staff with the software program Coffi
Qualifications & Competences
* Professional experience in the field of reservationsin the luxury hotel industry, ideally with a background of educationin the hotel industry and/or graduate of a hospitality school
* Self-motivation and interest in health prevention: You are personally engaged in developing and aquiringa comprehensive and detailed knowledge of our property including all detox programmes and associated treatments as well as various room categories
* High service orientation: You enjoy providingour guests with a holistic and individual booking experience
* Structured, well organized and resilience: You maintain an overview even with a high workload and are able to set priorities correctly
* Team player with a positive charisma and a winning appearance: You enjoy interacting with people and contribute to a harmonious and productive working atmosphere
* Good rhetoricalskills:You find it easy and fun to lead a sales conversation
* High level of commitment and proactive approach: You look for tasks and contribute to the further development of teamwork and processes
* Very good command of English (oral and written), additional language skills (oral and written) in French desirable
* Good IT user skills in MS Office programs, knowledge of Protel would be an advantage
