Your Tasks
Development, optimization, and validation of manufacturing processes and polymeric materials
Planning, execution, and evaluation of experimental work in the laboratory and on production lines
Close collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and suppliers
Support in transferring new processes and materials into industrial production
Contribution to projects focused on continuous improvement of quality, efficiency, and process robustness
Your Qualifications
Master's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field
First industrial experience (minimum 1 year), preferably in a manufacturing or development environment
Experience in independently leading projects or work packages
Strong analytical skills with a structured and self-driven working style
Good command of English and at least basic knowledge of German
