Housekeeping Assistant Manager - Six Senses Crans Montana As Housekeeping Assistant Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Housekeeping department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.
The duties and responsibilities will include:
Having a thorough knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the resort, including types of rooms available, their locations, and layouts.
Supporting the Housekeeping Manager and Director of Rooms with a focus on rejuvenation of the room/public area and laundry experience.
Administering all housekeeping and laundry facilities to ensure a secure environment for all guests.
Ensuring all policies, procedures, and best practices are in place and rigorously enforced.
Collaborating with Front Office/Guest Services, Reservations, and F&B to meet guest needs and oversee the smooth operation of the Housekeeping department.
Instilling a cost-focused philosophy through training and education.
Ensuring compliance with legal, statutory, and financial requirements, including documentation, reporting, security, safety protocols, and budget controls.
Qualifications
To execute the position of Housekeeping Assistant Manager, the candidate should have the following qualifications, technical skills, and experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent, plus management or supervisory experience, and four years’ housekeeping/laundry experience, preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel, or Business Management, with more than five years’ experience in a similar hotel operational role preferred.
Fluent in English and French.
European or Swiss Passport.
