As a Global Data Driven Marketing Manager, you will define new strategies to help our brands unlock value from consumer data through rewarding experiences across paid and owned channels. Collaborating with stakeholders across categories, zones, and markets, you will establish the right consumer data strategies and work closely with Nestlé IT and internal marketing services (IMS) to develop capabilities that deliver value at scale.

A Day in the Life of a Global Data Driven Marketing Manager
1. Lead the development of our global audiences methodology within Brand Building the Nestlé Way (BBNW), including upskilling the marketing community and incorporating new frameworks.
2. Support our global media transformation by developing and deploying digital media execution standards, collaborating with platform partners, agencies, and internal experts to drive adoption and value.
3. Develop a learning agenda to evolve these standards and create comprehensive capability-building programs for internal and external stakeholders.
4. Implement measurement and analytics programs to monitor adherence to digital standards through automated dashboards and audits in partnership with procurement.
5. Support our ad technology foundations with platform and agency partners to ensure data quality standards are maintained globally.
6. Drive the global AI roadmap for media execution to enhance value from digital media investments worldwide.
What Will Make You Successful
* 10 years of experience in digital media planning and buying, either in an agency/consultancy or as a global advertiser.
* Experience working in a complex CPG environment or serving complex CPG clients.
* Strong project management skills in an international setting.
* Hands-on experience with advertising platforms (e.g., GMP, Meta Ads Manager) or marketing technology solutions (e.g., CDPs, CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
* Proven success working with global advertisers managing multiple categories and regions.
