LHH Recruitment Solutions is excited to partner with a leading company in stainless steel and non-ferrous alloy processing. We are seeking a talented Functional Consultant D365 SCM to join their team at the headquarters in Biel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement, configure, and tailor Microsoft Dynamics 365 for production and logistics needs.
2. Lead workshops and training sessions to showcase system functionalities and boost user adoption.
3. Support the delivery team through design sessions, requirement gathering, and setting clear expectations.
4. Work closely with development teams to identify business challenges, craft solutions, and ensure effective implementation via platform configurations.
5. Uphold the quality of deliverables with a solid track record in system and functional testing.
6. Demonstrate strong consulting skills, encompassing analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork.
Profile:
7. Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365; certifications in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O are advantageous.
9. Native German or French speaker with excellent communication skills in the other language, plus good English proficiency.
10. Strong problem-solving skills, with advanced analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
11. Comprehensive understanding of production and logistics processes, including industry best practices, challenges, and trends.
