Proclinical is seeking a Global Pricing Manager for a contract role based in Switzerland. This position focuses on managing the global launch pricing strategy execution for a key product in the Psoriasis (PsO) therapy area. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support critical launch preparation activities and ensure alignment with global pricing policies.

Responsibilities
* Drive the execution of global launch pricing strategies for the PsO product.
* Coordinate with external vendors to finalize tiered pricing guidance, incorporating leadership feedback.
* Facilitate the global rollout of tiered pricing guidance to support local launches and planning.
* Monitor global pricing policies and market developments that may impact the pricing strategy.
* Partner with internal teams, including access, health economics, global commercial, and key local operating companies, to support cross‑functional initiatives.
* Share pricing updates and insights in relevant forums, such as monthly and quarterly meetings.
* Co‑lead the cross‑functional launch schedule working group for the PsO product.
* Collaborate on international reference pricing analyses.
Key Skills and Requirements
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong preference for expertise in international pricing and reimbursement.
* Familiarity with country affiliate operations is advantageous.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including market access leads, commercial leads, and product strategy teams.
* Experience coordinating with external consultants and vendors.
* Strong analytical and communication skills to manage pricing strategies and share insights effectively.
