In the frame of its product development (Electric Propulsion System and Modular Battery Pack), we are searching for a Senior Control Model Based Engineer.
You will report to the Software Team Leader.
You will be responsible for:
* Developing model-based software in accordance with requirements to meet DO-178 / DO-331 certification objectives,
* Establishing a model-based software architecture that fulfills full model and code coverage,
* Participating in simulation and test procedures using MIL, SIL, and HIL to verify the functionality, safety, and compliance of the model-based software,
* Preparing simulation cases and test result reports suitable for requirement validation and verification,
* Participating in maintaining company Standards and Processes.
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in System Dynamics and Control, Aircraft, Space, Electrical and Electronics engineering, or related field,
* Experience as a Model Based Engineer in Aviation (5+ years)
* Experience in design, simulation, testing, and debugging using Matlab Simulink products,
* Experience in MIL, SIL, and HIL Testing,
* Ability to express design with requirements,
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
* Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills,
* Fluent English; French is a plus but not mandatory.
Nice to have:
* Knowledge about DO-331, DO-178, ARP-4754, and ARP-4761 standards or guidelines to interpret the safety impact of the software at the system level.
* Experience with Battery Management System,
* Experience with Motor Controller,
* Familiarity with the DO-Qualification kit and related toolboxes of Matlab-Simulink.
