About the Role
We’re hiring a Partnership Operations & Enablement Specialist to support two Strategic Partnership Managers and keep our partnership engine running smoothly. Your responsibilities are outcome‑driven: maximize customer‑facing time for the partnership managers by owning the operational load (prep, follow‑up, CRM, documentation, coordination). You will operate at the center of in‑car gaming partnerships, working with premium automotive brands such as BMW, Audi, Porsche, and VW, and license holders behind world‑known IP like Sony, Mattel, and Bandai.
What You’ll Do
* Prepare partner meetings and workshops: agendas, briefings, pre‑reads, and scheduling.
* Join meetings when needed, capture structured notes, and send crisp follow‑ups with owners and deadlines.
* Own Copper CRM hygiene for partnerships (contacts, notes, next steps, stage/status, history).
* Draft and package sales pitches: slides, one‑pagers, tailored customer narratives, and meeting materials.
* Coordinate internal stakeholders (product, engineering, marketing, legal, finance) to answer partner requests fast.
* Track timelines, risks, and blockers across active opportunities and ongoing partner work.
* Support onboarding of newly signed partners and smooth internal handovers.
* Improve how we work with templates, playbooks, trackers, and lightweight processes that reduce repeat work.
What You Bring
* Experience in operations/project coordination/partnership support (or similar), ideally in a fast‑moving environment.
* Strong execution and follow‑through: close loops and keep many threads moving without chaos.
* Confident, clear communication and comfort with senior stakeholders.
* Strong tool discipline and CRM experience (Copper is a plus).
* Ability to create clean, persuasive docs (slides, one‑pagers, briefs).
* Fluent German and English (spoken and written).
Nice to have
* Exposure to automotive, B2B tech, or partner ecosystems.
* Workshop/event coordination experience.
* Interest in gaming and consumer experiences.
