The Quality Systems Manager is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive quality management system. This role ensures adherence to international standards, drives continuous improvement, and promotes a quality-first culture across all organizational levels.
Key Responsibilities :
* Develop and implement quality policies, objectives, and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
* Lead the implementation of evolving ISO standards and ensure timely compliance.
* Coordinate internal audits and support customer audits to ensure a robust quality management system.
* Manage external suppliers, including consultants and auditors, to maintain a strong quality culture.
* Provide expert guidance and support to business process owners in fulfilling their process management and audit readiness responsibilities.
* Deliver summarized quality performance and audit reporting to top management.
* Act as the key business owner for quality-related tools and systems.
Requirements :
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in quality management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 7–10 years of experience in quality systems and integrated management systems, preferably within a multinational or regulated environment.
* Proven experience leading ISO certification programs (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
* Experience managing internal audits and third-party assessments.
* Strong knowledge of quality and compliance frameworks and methodologies.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent command of English is required.
* High attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
* Proficiency in quality tools and documentation control systems.
* Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
