Our proprietary MIMO‑over‑copper technology powers a high‑performance, chiplet‑based AI memory fabric that is scalable and energy‑efficient. /p pWe are actively seeking a Characterization Engineer for our lab in Lausanne, Switzerland. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead end‑to‑end characterization of high‑speed SerDes operating above 20 Gbaud. /li liPerform jitter, eye‑diagram, BER, and margin measurements across PVT. /li liCharacterize full transmitter and receiver electrical parameters. /li liPerform S‑parameter, TDR, and insertion‑loss measurements. /li liCollaborate with IP architects, digital and analog design teams. /li liDocument test results and procedures. /li liWrite and architect test scripts for automation in Python. /li /ul h3Required Experience /h3 ul liProven experience characterizing high‑speed SerDes designs (20 Baud) over PVT. /li liProven knowledge in TX and RX characteristics for high‑speed designs. /li liExperience using high‑speed oscilloscopes, VNAs, and spectrum analyzers above 30 GHz. /li liExperience defining test plans and procedures. /li liExperience with Python (or another object‑oriented programming language) for test automation, data analysis, and report generation. /li liExperience with PAM modulation or multi‑tonal modulation schemes is a plus. /li liMinimum 5 years of relevant work experience. /li /ul h3Required Competencies /h3 ul liSelf‑motivated, strong sense of ownership and responsibility. /li liGood communicator and team player with experience in cross‑functional teams. /li liStrong interest and experience in characterizing high‑speed analog circuits. /li liSolid understanding of SI concepts, modulation schemes, TX and RX fundamentals. /li liExperience with Python or other object‑oriented languages. /li liAbility to multitask in a high‑energy environment. /li liSchematic entry or PCB design skills are a plus. /li /ul h3Required Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience. /li /ul h3Location Employment Details /h3 ul libWork location /b – 1025 St‑Sulpice, VD, Switzerland. /li libWorkload /b – 100 %. /li libEmployment start /b – Immediately. /li libEmployment duration /b – Permanent. /li /ul pApply online only.
