Your ResponsibilitiesManage company accounting processes (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger)Handle payment transactions and liquidity planningManage the monthly payroll run, including social insurances and tax at source (Quellensteuer)Prepare monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss accounting standards (OR)Manage the annual consolidation processProvide controlling support to ensure cost-effective financial managementProduce evaluations, analyses, and statistical reportsPrepare VAT returns, including group taxationCoordinate with external auditors, fiduciary partners, and authoritiesSupport internal financial and process-improvement projectsPerform general administrative tasks related to financeLead financial planning and analysis activities to support business strategy and expansionEvaluate the financial viability of new business opportunities and provide actionable recommendationsCollaborate closely with the leadership team on strategic initiatives and investment decisionsDrive continuous improvement of finance processes and internal controlsMentor colleagues and foster a culture of accountability and excellence You are/have Completed advanced training in accounting (eidg.
