Real Asset ManagerGlobal Funds SA is a fund management company based in Lausanne, active in the management of Swiss real estate funds. It assumes the fund management as well as the asset management of the Mountain Resort Real Fund SICAV (MRREF). The latter is entering a phase of active portfolio management, and to support this development, we are looking for an Asset Manager (part-time possible) who will support the team in all activities and development.Missions- Portfolio monitoring: management, upkeep, and maintenance of the assets, in coordination with the tenants and the site policy.- Pilot and monitor renovation and construction works, in collaboration with architects, planners, and companies.- Participate in acquisition and disposal processes: preliminary analysis of opportunities, preparation of files, support for due diligence, and monitoring of transactions, in collaboration with experts.- Contribute to the development of potential investment projects.- Prepare communication and support materials, in particular newsletters and reporting intended for investors.- Carry out analyses and simulations (investment scenarios, value creation in the portfolio, profitability) in support of decision-making.Profile- Higher education (finance, architecture, real estate); a link with the hotel industry is a plus.- Confirmed experience in real estate asset management, ideally with experience in the hotel or tourism sector.- Mastery of technical and construction aspects: submissions and calls for tenders.- Bilingual French – German (oral and written, Swiss German is a plus).- Availability for regular travel between Vaud and Valais and occasionally in other regions of Switzerland.- Ease in communication and drafting.- Rigor, autonomy, and good team spirit.What we offer- A motivated team, bringing together real estate, finance, and hotel professionals.- A dynamic and innovative position, in a modern and pleasant work environment.- A position with responsibilities, in contact with strategic decisions and partners of the fund.- Attractive social conditions and the possibility of following training.Please send your CV and cover letter for the attention of:- Start of activity: immediately or by agreement jid3842c4baen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
