To strengthen our team, for an assignment with our customer in the Bern area, we are looking for an IT support all-rounder with a hands‑on mentality, available immediately.

IT Onsite Support Specialist (60%)

Your tasks

• User support: processing tickets, supporting local users and workstations
• Hardware lifecycle management, including the replacement of a larger laptop fleet
• Practical on‑site project support in close collaboration with an international corporate team
• Assist with core switch replacement in the data center and with the migration from the virtualization environment

Your profile

• Several years of experience as an ICT support specialist or IT administrator
• Good knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows, AD, M365)
• Fluent German or French
• Good English skills for collaboration with a global team
• Autonomous, structured way of working and enjoyment of hands‑on implementation
