Sales & Business Development Manager DACH
* Responsibilities include field sales and marketing activities for all products in the DACH Region.
* KPIs are sales revenue and design wins.
* You will develop sales strategies for the territory in alignment with company objectives to achieve growth & revenue targets.
* Key tasks include identifying and developing new customers, market segments, and opportunities.
* You must identify, qualify, and manage sales channels, reps, and distributors.
* Engage with ecosystem partners to bring complete solutions focusing on EM chips to the market.
* Analyze and understand the competitive landscape and work together with business units to adjust the positioning, strategy, and future product development.
* Provide support to customers from design phase through mass production.
* Establish and maintain key customer relationships at all levels, including engineering, purchasing, logistics, and management.
* Drive C-level interactions between EM and customers/ecosystem partners.
* Lead negotiations and drive contract execution with internal and external stakeholders (R&D, legal, quality, and logistics).
Requirements
* Minimum 10 years of experience selling technology in the electronics/semiconductor space.
* Background with ASICs, mixed-signal ICs, BLE, sensors, NFC, RFID, and wireless is essential.
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
* Fluent in English and German; French is an advantage.
* Able to prioritize, multitask, and work with minimal supervision.
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player with a professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
