Responsabilités - Receive, register, process and follow up on translation requests. - Analyze incoming requests, verify word count and prepare reference materials using computer-assisted translation tools (Trados Studio, WorldServer). - Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with internal rules and editorial practices. - Reorganize priorities and adjust deadlines in consultation with requesters in case of conflicting demands. - Respond to inquiries regarding the status of translation requests and propose solutions to ensure service efficiency. - Manage terminology and address queries related to translation procedures Profil - Experience : Minimum of 2 years in translation, ideally in an international environment. - Skills : Proficiency in Trados Studio and computer-assisted translation tools is essential. - Languages : Excellent command of English and French; knowledge of another official UN language is an asset. - Qualities : Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities and work under tight deadlines. - IT Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ease with digital tools.
