Job description
We are looking for an experienced consultant to join our
Level 2 IT support team (4 people)
. This is a
hands-on, fully on-premises role
. The consultant must bring
deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, endpoint management, VMware/Omnissa VDI infrastructure, and monitoring infrastructure
, with a
strong focus on performance, documentation, and testing
.
The consultant will also
coordinate closely with the L1 support team
, assisting them with escalations and ensuring smooth operation of core collaboration tools including
Outlook, Microsoft Exchange, and Teams
.
Key Responsibilitie
sInfrastructure & Endpoint Operation
