Your responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Market Insights:
- Contribute to the development of a global portfolio strategy by providing valuable insights into customer needs, market trends, and service requirements.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to define winning strategies.
- Support the development of value propositions and strategic positioning for products and product lines.
Product Portfolio Marketing & Campaigns:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns based on clinical data to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and maximize revenue.
- Create content and provide input for marketing materials to ensure messages are aligned with the overall strategy, tailored to different regions and launch phases.
- Support the sales team by providing marketing tools and materials that foster customer engagement.
Development Projects & Launch Excellence:
- Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches in close coordination with regional teams to define limited release and launch approaches.
- Oversee post-launch marketing activities in key regions.
- Define KPIs for new products to monitor success.
Market Engagement & Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with different markets and key stakeholders.
- Understand and respect the varying needs of countries and regions regarding products, launches, and marketing.
- Collect and integrate market feedback to refine product strategies and marketing approaches.
Your qualifications
- University degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent working experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Marketing or Product Manager in an international med tech environment.
- Fluent in English, German at least B1.
- Analytical and structured working style.
- Intercultural competence and excellent communication skills.
- Project management skills.
- High customer and market orientation.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel approx. 20%, with home office possibility of up to 40%.
