Today, Lonza is a global leader in life sciences operating across five continents. While we work in science, there’s no magic formula to how we do it. Our greatest scientific solution is talented people working together, devising ideas that help businesses to help people. In exchange, we let our people own their careers. Their ideas, big and small, genuinely improve the world. And that’s the kind of work we want to be part of.
What You Will Do
* Global Identity and Access Management (IAM) Strategy & Leadership: Lead the definition and implementation of a global IAM vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and security goals. Drive key IAM transformation initiatives like Zero Trust, cloud IAM, and identity lifecycle automation.
* Governance, Operations, and Architecture: Coordinate all aspects of IAM governance, risk, and compliance, ensuring alignment to internal policies and regulatory frameworks like GDPR and ISO 27001. Manage a scalable, resilient IAM infrastructure that includes both cloud and on-premise components. Provide direction on technologies such as Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Authentication & Federation platforms (e.g., Azure AD, SAML, OpenID Connect).
* Team and Stakeholder Management: Lead and mentor a global IAM team across engineering, operations, and governance functions. Foster collaboration with HR, IT, and Compliance, and represent IAM in critical architecture and security committees. Ensure effective communication and own IAM controls for internal and external audits.
