En tant que Spécialiste Solutions, vous serez le lien entre les besoins métiers et les solutions technologiques. Vous accompagnerez les utilisateurs, coordonnerez les projets et contribuerez activement à l'évolution digitale
Responsibilities
* Comprendre, analyser et reformuler les besoins des équipes métiers
* Transformer ces besoins en solutions concrètes et en processus optimisés
* Tenir à jour et prioriser le backlog produit selon les objectifs stratégiques
* Participer aux choix fonctionnels et techniques, et devenir un référent interne
* Définir et suivre la feuille de route des projets (objectifs, délais, ressources)
* Piloter les différentes étapes : conception, développement, tests et déploiement
* Garantir la qualité des livrables et le respect des engagements (budget, délais)
* Assurer la communication et la coordination avec toutes les parties prenantes
* Rédiger les scénarios de tests, valider les solutions livrées et accompagner les utilisateurs
* Participer à la documentation, aux formations et à l'amélioration continue
Your Profile
* Expérience confirmée (5 ans minimum) dans des rôles hybrides de type Product Owner / Business Analyst / Project Manager
* Solide compréhension des systèmes d'information, API, intégrations et contraintes techniques
* Bonne connaissance des métiers, idéalement dans la construction, le BTP ou le transport
* Capacité à jouer le rôle de référent fonctionnel auprès des équipes
* Aisance dans la collaboration avec les développeurs, les métiers et les partenaires externes
* Maîtrise des méthodes de gestion de projet et des outils associés
* Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de communication et de synthèse
* Autonomie, rigueur, esprit d'initiative et forte orientation résultats
