Position
As Preferred Wholesalers & Specialist Key Account Manager, your role within our organization is to drive brand performance and establish strong relationships with key wholesaler and specialist accounts. This position oversees significant regions in Switzerland, including notable ski and summer resort areas, and manages a substantial portion of our preferred wholesalers. The KAM is tasked with defining and delivering listing objectives, negotiating yearly deals, and influencing indirect sales teams to enhance brand visibility and performance.
Job Responsibilities
Business Development
1. Define and deliver listing objectives based on a targeted scope of wholesaler accounts & specialists.
2. Drive brand performance according to Brand Equity KPIs: volume, value, distribution quality, and activation quality.
3. Collaborate with Marketing & local Brand Managers to develop targeted activations.
4. Negotiate yearly deals to serve MH's interests while enhancing collaboration.
Wholesalers
1. Establish long-term relationships based on mutual trust and a win-win business model with wholesaler accounts (negotiations & visits).
2. Manage other wholesalers’ expectations following the selective distributors' strategy.
3. Influence indirect sales teams: motivate & drive sales force to sell MH portfolio using trainings, incentives, and sales support.
4. Lead sell-through analysis for the area; use Harvest to analyze the market, propose action plans, and drive value creation based on sell-through and stock levels.
Specialists
1. Visit targeted best specialist accounts to introduce and sell the brands, including product listing, commercial negotiation, and activation planning (focus on new ventures/brands).
2. Influence brand visibility and spot effective activation opportunities on consumers’ touchpoints.
Ambassadorship
1. Personifies the brands, living and breathing its DNA; act as the ambassador in the market.
2. Creates strong relationships and emotional connections with customers and influencers to build lasting advocacy.
3. Develops a customer and trade influencers database and network.
4. Organizes and animates tastings to train customer staff.
5. Provides ongoing feedback/inputs regarding market conditions, competitive activities, and landscape to internal functions (marketing, logistics, customer service, etc.).

Education & Qualifications
* Degree level (is a plus)
Languages
* Fluent in French and/or German (Swiss German a big plus)
* Fluent in English
