Join our Process Solutions team within Chemtech division in Switzerland as Reception Assistant 40% (m/w) to help us take our customer's experience to the next level.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact by welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and employees.
* Manage incoming calls, emails, mail, and packages; ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable.
* Coordinate meeting room bookings, setups, and catering, ensuring cleanliness and proper equipment use.
* Oversee shared office spaces (e.g., kitchen), order supplies, and manage inventory, including employee benefits such as fruit deliveries.
* Administer visitor and employee access badges in line with security protocols.
* Support travel arrangements and act as the contact point for rental car bookings.
* Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, expense handling, onboarding assistance, and ad-hoc tasks or projects.
What you bring to Sulzer:
* At least 2 to 3 years of experience in managing administrative tasks as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
* High school degree in Business Administration or a related field.
* Availability to work in the office every Wednesday, with flexibility to choose an additional day per week, and to replace the other Reception Assistant during holidays.
* Excellent administrative, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently, proactively, discreetly, multi-task, be punctual, empathetic, and a team player.
* Fluent in English; German and French are a plus.
* Strong command of MS Office 365, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Teams.
