Your Mission
As Baume & Mercier HR Manager, you will develop and implement the HR strategy in the assigned scope that aligns with the Group HR strategy and long‑term business objectives of the assigned organizational unit(s).
How Will You Make An Impact?
* Manage the entire employee lifecycle from an administrative perspective.
* Develop and monitor procedures for the organization, ensuring effective implementation.
* Design and implement HR frameworks and tools for recruitment, performance management, development, career and succession planning, compensation and benefits, employee onboarding and offboarding, and talent retention, ensuring compliance with design principles, internal policies, and legal requirements.
* Provide specialist HR advice and support to the ExCo and Managers.
* Manage HR budget or conduct analyses, ensuring financial HR objectives are met.
* Manage workstreams or small projects within transformational change programs, ensuring integration with related projects and building acceptance of change.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level required.
* 8 to 10 years of experience in a 360 HR role, ideally gained within a mid‑size company environment.
* A deep knowledge of Swiss Labor Law.
* Self‑starter, quick learner and fantastic team player, curious, creative and with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Experience in dealing with various HR situations and advising others.
* Italian, French and English are mandatory.
* Regular business trips to Italy and within Switzerland.
