Job Responsibilities
* Ensure project execution within the process flow without disruptions.
* Allocate proper materials to the right project phase, in the right quantity and timing, adhering to quality standards.
* Maintain material flow in line with SLA, minimizing stock accumulation (JIT).
* Conduct technical evaluations for make/buy decisions.
* Coordinate regularly with main stakeholders for alignment.
* Develop and implement manufacturing methods to optimize processes and reduce waste.
* Support project execution proactively through Simultaneous Engineering.
* Hire, train, and supervise a Manufacturing Methodology team of 8-10 members.
* Assess team performance, providing feedback and development opportunities.
* Foster a positive and productive work environment.
* Provide training on new processes and improvements.
* Collaborate with Project Managers and Mechanical Engineers for project follow-up.
* Support urgent situations proactively to prevent delays.
* Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards (ESG).
Qualifications
* Bachelor or Master Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
* Proven experience in manufacturing management.
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing/project management processes, methodologies, and standards.
* Project management certification is an asset.
* Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
* Familiarity with industry-specific standards is an asset.
* Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Deep knowledge of Process Improvement tools (JIT, DMAIC).
* Knowledge of Microsoft Project and SAP is a strong asset.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
* Fluent in French and English.
