We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across various industries. They will identify business opportunities, develop account plans, and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
This role requires a strong understanding of the life sciences industry, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of combined experience in sales, account management, and consulting services
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
* Sales experience with Life Science Software Solutions
* Excellent account planning and execution skills
* Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
* Ability to work with a wide range of customers, from end users to C-level
* Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
* A passion for solving customer business problems
* Must have a team-first mentality
* Business-level fluency in German and English, other European languages beneficial
