Why This Role Matters As Brand Manager – Launch Excellence, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping access to healthcare globally. Based at our EPD headquarters in Basel, you’ll focus on biosimilars in emerging markets—a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient lives worldwide. This position offers the chance to lead cross-functional projects, collaborate with global Brand Leads to ensure successful launches across more than 30 markets in 2026 and 2027. What You’ll Do Lead with purpose: Champion launch excellence and execution across regions and countries. Collaborate globally: Set up and coordinate launch readiness meetings with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and clarity. Track success: Monitor launch readiness and provide updates to senior leadership. Drive innovation: Take on marketing projects that support specialty care and biosimilars, bringing fresh ideas to life. What We’re Looking For University degree in Science or Business; MBA or postgraduate marketing qualification preferred. Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience, ideally with exposure to global projects. Proven success in managing launches at regional or global level. Experience in emerging markets (LatAm, Asia, Middle East & Africa) is a strong advantage. Fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish or Arabic are a plus.
